Keep in mind that it's been a couple of weeks since I've read this and I marathoned through the machine translations in an hour or so.
-It turns out that letting the Hermes players attack the newbies was just a plan of Weed's so that the lower level players would have to buy new gear, therefore stimulating the economy
-Weed, sculptures, etc. goes and wipes out all of the Hermes players
-He uses his time-stop skill but everybody thinks that it's just some type of teleport
-Arpen's army has pushed most of Haven out of the North (?) and is approaching a huge fortress that controls the path between the Central and Northern continents (or some other really essential fortress)
-Arpen army attacks fortress but doesn't make that much progress.
-Hermes guild necromancer is using his skills to great effect (especially against the human wave tactics of the Arpen forces)
-The Aves/Avians/bird-people decide to fight for Arpen (before, although they joined Arpen, they didn't want to die for the kingdom). They drop rocks, shit, etc. on the enemy
-Weed turned out to be tunneling under the fortress using his shapeshifting skill (he's either a mole, or a centipede. Or possibly a mole at first and later changed into a centipede for combat).
-He uses disaster sculpting to create poisonous mist (and maybe a swamp as well)
-Either the swamp or a combination of the swamp and Weed's distractions causes the walls of the fortress to be damaged and breached
-Weed is going around eating people, tunneling underground when things get dicey (there may have been a part about people getting eaten and crapped out alive too)
-Hermes' necromancer finds out that it really sucks to be facing a paladin armed with Lou's sword (?), Fargo's Crown, and a lot of other really famous holy gear
-They take the fortress
